UK DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 days but during busy periods, this may take a little longer. If you would like to contact us regarding the status of your order, please email us at sales@ejengland.co.uk UK delivery is complimentary.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We offer delivery worldwide for any item in the store. We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 days but during busy periods, this may take a little longer. For international shipping, prices start from £6 for each item. All orders over £300 receive complimentary shipping. For international orders, if there are any import duties due, it is the customers responsibility to pay any fees, and this can sometimes create a delay in receiving your order. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

*Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items or personalised items. Sale items are eligible for exchange only

  • JUST NOT FOR ME

We want to ensure that you get the right garment for you, whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived, we are happy to exchange or refund unworn, non-sale items if returned within 14 days.

For UK Orders it is up to the customer to pay for the return - we recommend a tracked service with Royal Mail.

For International Orders it is up to the customer to pay for their return - we recommend a tracked service with your local postal service.  

Please email sales@ejengland.co.uk to advise if you are returning an item to us. Please don't send anything back without your details included within the package as we will not be able to identify who it is from. You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way we will refund or exchange the garment as long as it is returned unworn within our 14 day returns period.

  • FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at sales@ejengland.co.uk and we'll get the item replaced for you or we can issue a credit note. PLEASE NOTE we do require the faulty item returned to us for us to assess before any decision on how best to proceed will be made. We do not offer refunds on faulty goods that have been worn. 

  • INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer services at sales@ejengland.co.uk, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
